3M Philippines was established in February 1964. The 26th subsidiary of 3M started out with a five-man workforce conducting business from a small room in the plush Manila Hotel. Now, 3M Philippines has 200 employees with its main office at the McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. It has expanded its distribution network throughout the country with the formation of two local branches in Cebu and Davao. 3M Philippines also has its technical and manufacturing facilities to better address customer needs. The 3M Customer Technical Center provides capabilities for our laboratory and technical service engineers to engage in customer technical support, application research, process enhancement and engineering support. The plant in Carmona, Cavite provides local manufacturing capabilities to convert tapes and abrasives.
