3M and Ivoclar Vivadent announced today that they have settled their respective lawsuits in Germany and the U.S.
The Ivoclar Vivadent suits alleged that 3M Filtek™ composite dental restoratives infringed its patents. Ivoclar Vivadent voluntarily withdrew its German and U.S. patent infringement suits against 3M prompting the settlement. These actions settle a six-month lawsuit between the parties.
